Dormy House & Spa
Dormy House provides exceptional food in three restaurants: gastropub-style in the Shed bar and lounges, our main restaurant the Back Garden, celebrating the finest ingredients from the land on our doorstep and Mo, an intimate tasting menu experience, where our chefs unleash their cutting-edge culinary skills for just 12 guests at a time.

The Fish Hotel
Awarded two Rosettes, our main restaurant Hook offers a menu of the finest, freshest responsibly sourced fish, sustainable shellfish and a few timeless classics, while a lighter menu is available in the lodge bar and lounges.

Reception hosts and porter team
The role of the reception host is to welcome our guests as soon as they arrive and to ensure their stay at our hotel is above their expectations. This role operates at the heart of a busy operation, in which you’ll handle lots of different requests from both colleagues and guests, providing you with the opportunity to learn a lot.
Our reception hosts are supported by the porter team who ensure that all our guest’s in-room needs are met, be that taking their luggage upon their arrival or even delivering a bottle of their favourite champagne on ice.
Ideally, you will have proven experience in a similar role, and you’ll be confident using IT systems, but these are things you can learn. As long as you have a passion and desire to deliver world-class guest service, we can teach you the rest.
House Spa

The House Spa has been winning awards since the day it opened, offering guests an indoor/outdoor blend of soothing therapies, serene pool, a terrace hot tub and a new experiential thermal suite.
For this successful and popular spa, we look for exceptional people to join our team. All we ask is that you come to work with a bucket load of enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver an amazing guest experience.

Roles include:
- Reception hosts, to meet and greet our guests and ensure their needs are met
- Spa attendants, to support the whole spa team and ensure that our spa is looking its best as well as being safe for our guests to enjoy the facilities at all times.
- Therapists, who are qualified to a minimum of NVQ 3 in Beauty Therapy or the equivalent and will ideally with experience in performing a range of treatments to an extremely high standard.

Housekeeping roles:
Our Room Attendants meticulously service our rooms daily to meet our high standards and our guest’s expectations. As no room on the estate is the same as another, this role will continuously keep you on your toes.
In addition to our Room Attendants, we have a Turndown Team who prepare our bedrooms for the evening, helping all our guests get the best night’s sleep.
The whole team is supported by our Linen Porters, who make sure that all our linen (we get through quite a bit) is clean, ironed and ready for our amazing rooms.
Estate grounds and maintenance

With three hotels and over 500 acres to look after, the Farncombe Estate garden and maintenance team are never short of something to do.
The team are responsible for the smooth daily running of all aspects of Foxhill Manor, the Fish Hotel, Dormy House Hotel and Spa, ensuring we deliver a consistent five-star experience for our guests.

As well as the estate grounds and gardens, the team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of hotels and estate property, with roles that cover refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, water treatment, lighting, power, kitchen equipment, spa equipment and facilities, generators, switch rooms, lifts and more.
The team delivers a consistently safe, secure and stable environment to ensure our estate and buildings are well-presented and maintained at all times.
Finance team

Our team members have excellent administrative and IT skills, superb organisational skills and a high level of confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
