All the equipment needed will be provided by the Farncombe Adventure team and is included in the session price as well as some light refreshments. Take in the breathtaking countryside scenes as you take a stroll hillside and have a go at breaking some clays!

During the session, our highly skilled Farncombe Adventures team will be on hand to show you how to use your gun safely and take you through basic shooting techniques.

Clay shooting takes place on our outdoor range, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the ever-changing British weather.

Sturdy, closed-toe footwear should be worn throughout the session. Guests must also have their shoulders covered with either a jumper or coat, to protect against recoil. All the equipment needed for the activity will be provided. Even if you’re an avid shooter, unfortunately, you cannot use your own gun during the session for health and safety reasons.

In this hour session, you’ll be taught how to assume the proper archery stance, nock the arrow, hold it light on the string with three fingers, raise the bow, draw, aim, release… bullseye!

Get outdoors and take in the breathtaking Cotswold countryside as you get to grips with a bow and arrow, Game of Thrones style!

Hovercrafting isn’t as simple as it might seem.

With characteristics that resemble boats, planes, and supermarket trolleys, piloting these machines is tricky. We aim to teach you these skills quickly and safely.

Steering is by a combination of handlebars and kneeling to shift your body weight, while the thrust – which can take you up to 35mph – is from an enormous duct fan behind you. You’ll be taught how to pilot one of our Farncombe Adventure Hovercrafts before a few laps of the circuit and a final flying lap!
