Elsker includes a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining space, stylish lounge, boot room, library, games room and more. Outside, its stunning gardens and grounds feature a private heated swimming pool,* hot tub, terrace and BBQ.

Elsker’s bespoke handmade kitchen includes twin ovens, twin dishwashers and an American-style fridge freezer, along with a large dining area for group meals with family and friends.
Lounge
Chill out in the lounge, with soft squidgy sofas, a fireplace for the winter and bi-folding doors to open in the summer. Plus, with Elsker’s free Wifi and connected TVs, you won’t have to miss your favourite streaming services.
Games room, library, orangery and sunroom
Game on! Elsker features a games room with a pool table, retro games machines and plenty of board games you can play as a group or family. When you want time to relax, Elsker offers all the quiet spaces you need to escape, including a library, orangery and sunroom.
Boot room and laundry
When you’ve finished exploring, keep the mud from the door with a large boot room, plus a useful laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Large gardens with a private swimming pool*
Outside, Elsker offers the perfect backdrop for lazy days by the pool and delicious alfresco dining.
The grounds include acres of stunning gardens, a private heated swimming pool and a hot tub.
If you fancy a feast, fire up the BBQ and prepare a banquet for the whole gang, then sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of the Cotswold countryside.
*Please note: The pool in Elsker is not available during the winter, between October 1 and March 31.

1x child’s room with bunk beds: Suitable for two children under 14 years.
Rooms include: Bathroom towels, hot tub towels and robes.
Cots and additional beds: On request, we can add a cot or one additional z-bed to bedroom 1.

There’s a snug wood burner for the winter, plus with Hoot’s free Wifi and connected TVs, you won’t have to miss your favourite streaming services.
Outdoors
The Hoot has its own private terrace area, with garden furniture, table tennis and a six-man hot tub, where you can lie back, enjoy the bubbles and watch the sunset over the Cotswolds.

Free parking for several vehicles, including EV charging points, is available next door at The Fish Hotel.

The large dining area is perfect for entertaining and meals with bi-folding doors, leading to the patio area and hot tub.

Lounge with surround-sound TV
The Nook’s spacious lounge is styled with vintage Danish furniture, with large comfy sofas and armchairs, centred around a cosy wood-burning stove and surround sound TV, making it ideal for hosting a games night, a movie night in or catching up with friends and family.
Plus, if you have to put in a little office time or admin, there’s a convenient desk tucked away in the corner.
Music Room and games
When you’re ready to rock ‘n’ roll, the music room at The Nook is a haven for party-goers. Complete with a large vinyl collection and an entertainment system that can play both vinyl and Spotify, you can dance the night away under the glittering disco ball. For those who prefer to make their own music, the room is equipped with a drum kit, guitars, bongos and more!
And if you’re looking to play games, check the cupboard under the stairs – it’s full of them!

Why limit the party to one room? At The Nook, you can keep the music going throughout the whole house with a premium entertainment system in the lounge and kitchen. Equipped with a tablet, you can easily connect to Spotify or link your own devices via Bluetooth to the speaker system throughout the property.
Plus, with The Nook’s free Wifi and TVs with Chromecast throughout the house, including every bedroom, you won’t have to miss your favourite streaming services.
Outdoors
The Nook features a private terrace area, with views across the open countryside. With garden furniture to relax on, a Weber BBQ and a six-man hot tub, the terrace is the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the scenery.
