We are looking for a warm and welcoming Reception Host to join our team at the multi-award winning Dormy House Hotel, our luxury Cotswolds hotel and spa. This role operates at the heart of a busy operation, in which you’ll handle lots of different requests from both colleagues and guests, in our stunning setting on Farncombe Estate. You will welcome our guests as soon as they arrive, and make sure their experience with us is seamless and above expectations. You’ll be on hand to assist throughout their stay until we say goodbye and see you again.
You’ll work 40 hours per week on a permanent contract, shifts include evenings and weekends with a mixture of early, middle and late shifts. We provide a uniform and meals on duty. We’d prefer someone who has a full UK driving license, as assisting guests using Estate vehicles may be part of the role. Full training will be provided however we are ideally looking for candidates who have previous Hotel Reception or equivalent hospitality guest services experience.
We offer an excellent rate of pay of £12.40 per hour, plus service charge (around £2,500 per year) as well as uniform and meals on duty.
