We are looking for an amazing Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at the Fish Hotel, home the 2 Rosette Hook, The vision of our culinary director Martin Burge. The restaurant is a laid back but luxurious celebration of seafood that combines the sophistication and refinement of Martin’s head-turning gastronomy with a warm and welcoming rusticity.
You will be guest obsessed with a natural, down to earth approach to service. An attention to detail with a passion for great food and wine is a must, as well as being able to lead and develop your team.
