Lizzie Jones, B.A. (Hons). M. Litt., is a specialist on the 17th century and is a lecturer, writer and actor. She has taught in many varied educational establishments and worked in theatre-in-education. Twelve years ago she and Neil Howlett formed “Prince Rupert Hys Vangarde” a history partnership devoted to the presentation of the 16th and 17th centuries through lecturers, workshops, dramatic representations and “living history” demonstrations including clothes, weapons and dance of the period.
They live in Italy but return for a short time each year to the UK where their work is in much demand.
