Cotswold Conference Centre Receptionist wins Gold !

We are delighted to announce that Lesley Curnock, Head Receptionist at Cotswold Conference Centre, won Gold last night at the Regional Excellence in Tourism Awards 2007, designed to recognise and reward the best in regional tourism. The event was held in the recently restored Birmingham Town Hall which was a stunning setting for this prestigious annual ceremony for the tourism industry in the West Midlands.

She deservedly won the ‘Outstanding Customer Care' category. The judges recognised her role in, not only providing excellent customer service, but also ensuring her team members throughout the company provide excellent customer service too. Lesley now goes on to represent this region at next years national awards.

Cotswold Conference Centre (CCC) was launched in January 2001. The facilities have developed over the past 30 years from humble beginnings as the residential training school for Group 4 Total Security. The centre now boasts 53 well-appointed en-suite rooms from four charming locations on site, which are set within over 300 breathtaking acres of Cotswold Scenery with stunning views across the Vale of Evesham.
