Deconstruct, Reconstruct - Rag Rugs and Recycling

It makes sense to re use old garments, and on this course you can learn to
turn old has-beens into new-wonders.   Using traditional hand tools and
techniques you will create your own tactile seat mat, proddy cushion or flower -  or feel free to simply experiment with different textiles to make samplers. All tools and equipment will be provided with the option to buy.
Come and be inspired to make a beautiful piece of tactile art for your home

Please bring any textiles you want to recycle, such as teeshirts, fine knit woollies, cotton shirts and dresses.  A good pair of scissors, sewing kit and any inspirational material you may have
