Make your Own Aromatherapy Lotions & Creams

The day will be a fascinating introduction to the world of aromatherapy and massage. Participants will learn how to mix their own lotions and potions for personal use using a variety of bases suitable for massage, moisturisers, shampoos, etc. Two varieties of massage will be taught - Indian Head Massage - great for stress relief and headaches and simple Back Massage done using essential oils, great for relaxing and knotty muscles. There will be a charge on the day of between £3 - £4 for each mix made.
